We get it—sometimes things don’t work out exactly as planned. But no worries, if you're not in love with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right. Returns can be made within 7 days from the date you’ve received your items.
Just a quick note — small imperfections like loose threads or tiny marks aren’t considered quality issues.
We ship directly from South Korea using DHL, and currently, our return hub is also based there. We're actively working on offering more convenient return options soon.
Unfortunately, we do not currently cover return shipping costs, but we’re working on improving our policies to make returns even easier for you in the future.
Returns that are damaged, worn, or missing their original packaging and hangtags won’t be accepted. If an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our guidelines, we may have to decline your return. We appreciate your understanding!
Important: At Nothing Fits But, we value the trust and integrity we share with our wonderful customers. As such, we have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent orders. Any intentional or malicious activity will be reported to local authorities.

How to Return an Item:
1. Shoot us an email at help@nothingfitsbut.com. Though this is optional, it’s advised so we can assure you that the return is eligible.
2. Submit a request to MY RETURNS page with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
3. We’ll get back to you within 48 business hours with return instructions. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (minus the original shipping). There’s a $6 restocking fee per item.
4. Refund will be credited to your account within a few business days (commonly 5-7), though it may take up to 30 days for credit card payments, depending on your card issuer.
How to Cancel My Order:
You can cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us at help@nothingfitsbut.com. Please note, we charge a 5% processing fee on cancellations. Once your order is in processing, we can’t make any changes so please double-check your cart before checking out!
How Returns Work:
Return processing can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, and 2 weeks to process. You’ll get an email from us once we’ve received your items. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus the $6 restocking fee per item.
Exchanges:
Got the wrong size or changed your mind? No worries—we’re happy to help! Just make sure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability so please start by emailing us at help@nothingfitsbut.com.

Final Sale items are non-returnable.
