110% Store Credit
We do not offer return labels at the moment. However, we offer the option of a 110% store credit with no expiry date for full priced items purchased online within 15 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer returns on any final sale items.

Refunds
We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 15 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging with hang tags still attached. Once processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.
Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.
The original shipping fee of $15 is not refunded. If it was originally waived, it will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exchange
We currently do not offer exchanges. We advise customers to return the existing good(s) and purchase (a) new one(s) with store credit.

Faulty Items
We enforce very strict quality checking procedures to ensure every good we sell is in perfect condition. In case of these defective of incorrect goods, we will do our best to get you the original item ordered as soon as possible. Since do not provide return labels at this moment or compensate for the return shipping fee, we will use DHL First Class shipping in order to expedite the replacement process as fast as possible.

How to Return
Once your return has been approved, securely package your item(s) in unworn/unwashed condition with the original tag(s) still attached. You may choose any courier of your choice. We do not require signature or tracking service but it is advised. When filling out any customs slip requested by the courier service, please mark the value under $150 so your package does not get detained by the customs. We do not require any further documentation. Please complete your return by sending it to the following address, within 15 postmark days since you received your order.
