HOW TO RETURN

We want you to love your purchase and if for any reason you want to return any pieces, you can do so within 30 days (the return items must be returned to Nothing Fits But within 30 days since receipt of the original order by you) for Store Credit. Please ensure that items are unworn and in undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs - if it's our mistake (wrong item, damaged item) it's all on us of course.

 To return an item, please follow these instructions:

    1. Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
    2. E-mail us at help@nothingfitsbut.com so we can expect your return in advance and process it as quickly as possible (optional).
    3. Please send your return to;

    4. Ship your package using your preferred courier. Nothing Fits But cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
    5. Once we have verified your return, a Shop Credit refund will be issued to your account at Nothingfitsbut.com. Your Store Credit will be valid for 90 days from date of issue, and can be utilized partially or in full, in-store or online at Nothingfitsbut.com.

If you are shipping your return yourself, insuring your return package is recommended but not required. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within 15 days, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of recovery of goods. If the product was not returned within 15 days, the returned goods will be charged with 30% restocking fee per item but will not be accepted at all if later than 2 months.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees, customs, and duties on their return shipments to Nothing Fits But. Packages should be shipped to the above address via a carrier that requires recipient’s signature upon delivery.


EXCHANGES

In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. With our FREE WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERY, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We enforce very strict policy to ensure every item we sell is in perfect condition. We triple check our merchandises prior to shipping and we have CCTVs monitoring these procedures. However, if you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must notify us within 3 DAYS of receiving the product to be eligible for a return through email. There are no exceptions. In case of these defective of incorrect merchandises, we will do our best to get you the original item ordered as soon as possible. Since do not provide return labels at this moment or compensate for the return shipping fee, we will use FedEx First Class shipping in order to expedite the replacement process as fast as possible.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached. 
  • Any merchandise in "SALE" category or whose price is marked down cannot be returned.
  • Any merchandise in "SPECIAL PRICE" category cannot be returned. 
  • Any merchandise with "DISCOUNTED PRICE" cannot be returned.
  • In the interests of hygiene and their nature, all accessories (underwear, hosiery, footwear, socks), swimwear and bodysuits - cannot be returned.
  • All returned merchandises will be granted as Store Credit to your account, which is valid for 90 days. The refund option will require a handling & processing fee of US$10 for each order, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges of flat rate of US$15 for orders under US$100, if separately charged, are non-refundable.
  • The outbound shipping fee will be deducted if the order no longer satisfies free shipping criteria due to returned items.  
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return
